100% time (40 hours per week)

Reports to:
Chief Information Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Performs routine preventative maintenance for all computer hardware and peripheral equipment.

  • Diagnoses and repairs malfunctioning computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
  • Assists with network hardware and software connectivity.

  • Identifies and maintains inventory and control of all computer related parts, equipment and third party software.
  • Provides phone support and technical assistance for all internal and external information systems users for hardware related problems and questions.
  • Installs computer software.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from post secondary or Associates Degree program in electronic technology or related field.  A+ Certification.  Knowledge of networking essentials.  Regular travel throughout western PA required.

Salary: $29,994.00 (annually)
